Driving Gender Inclusion in Politics: A Dinner Dialogue with Lawmakers

We managed the dinner setup for the House of Representatives Committee on the Review of the 1999 Constitution Dinner/Legislative Engagement on Women’s Political Representation, held on Thursday, 10 July 2025, at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja. Organized by the Committee in collaboration with the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC), with support from the European Union in Nigeria, the engagement provided a significant platform to advance conversations on strengthening women’s political participation in Nigeria.

Real change begins where great minds gather — and we make that gathering possible

Setting the Stage for Inclusive Governance

Our team went straight to work — designing a dinner setup that reflected the dignity of the occasion while creating a welcoming and conducive atmosphere for meaningful dialogue. From ambience and branding to seating arrangements and technical coordination, every detail was tailored to foster productive engagement on a critical national issue. The goal: support a professional, yet warm environment where lawmakers and stakeholders could openly discuss strategies for advancing women’s representation in politics.

Purposeful Collaboration, Thoughtful Execution

Preparing for an engagement of such importance required precision and dedication. Working closely with PLAC, the European Union in Nigeria, and key stakeholders, our team executed seamlessly — ensuring that every aspect of the dinner complemented the weight of the discussions taking place.

The result was a high-impact evening that not only deepened conversations on gender inclusion in Nigeria’s political landscape but also reinforced the urgency of reforms to make women’s voices count in governance.

With this purposeful contribution to national dialogue, the team remains committed to creating spaces where ideas for a stronger, more inclusive democracy can thrive.
