We began the year with impact by delivering the event setup for the Nigerian Civil Society Situation Room’s advocacy meeting with the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) at De Pearl Jabi Lake, Abuja. Held on Friday, 28th February 2025, the gathering convened media professionals and civil society leaders to explore strategic partnerships aimed at strengthening electoral integrity and accountability in Nigeria’s democratic process.
This timely event provided a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and strategy development, aimed at addressing persistent issues surrounding electoral integrity, transparency, and public trust in democratic institutions. Against a backdrop of growing demand for accountable leadership, participants engaged in robust conversations on how media and civil society can work more closely to safeguard Nigeria’s democracy.
Our role? To make it happen — and make it matter. From strategic planning to flawless setup, our team ensured the environment reflected the significance of the conversation. Every detail — from branding, space design, and flow of activities to ambiance and logistics — was thoughtfully executed to foster open dialogue, focus, and collaboration.
This wasn’t just another meeting — it was an intentional platform built to drive advocacy and change. The goal was to spark partnerships between media stakeholders and civil society actors who share the mission of protecting the credibility of Nigeria’s elections.
